Even the ones that totally give away the plot twist?

How reliable is HLJ? I'm trying to pre-order Dinobot from them but they wouldn't tell me the shipping cost. I select EMS, anyone here has any idea how much the shipping cost for EMS would be when buying from HLJ?

I recently bought Amazing Yamaguchi Carnage and Pokemon Selene Figma from HLJ and it cost me 2,520 EMS. I buy from them quite often. Never had I complained about the shipping cost nor had any problems with them. I always prefer to ship multiple items together to save on shipping, but it really isn't too bad. I think Amazon Japan is a bit cheaper though if you are in the US (1,200 give or take). I do like HLJ's checkout process for shipping however. If you have multiple items you can literally choose which to ship or ship all. Their system shows you how much it will cost in about 5 different ways to ship. Dinobot looks huge so you have to consider size and weight. I don't think HLJ would charge more than 1,600 EMS. But this is just me and I have never bought any MPs through HLJ. Strictly because I found them cheaper elsewhere.

Just gotta say that part of his arm you’re referring to is a tricep cover flap. Biceps are at the front and Dinobot’s ‘guns’ are flawless.
The swivel joint at the top of a figure’s arm is always referred to as a bicep cut despite the fact it goes around the entire arm but in this instance we can be a tad more specific.
I’m also pretty interested in how the elbow joint handles. It’s probably gonna require a reset every time you change the pose but I’m quite used to 1/6 scale figures with fabric clothes now which require lots of faffing about with anytime you touch them so pressing one panel back into place every now and then won’t bother me.
    Can’t believe he’s almost here!
You clearly didn’t watch the Termonator Genesys trailer; lucky man. And if you also skipped the movie as a whole, I envy you even further.
I’ve stopped watching trailers altogether now for all the big superhero movies as I already know which ones I’m gonna watch and don’t want the big moments spoiled. To me, even seeing a character in a certain location can ruin a plot point. Case in point- Captain America: Civil War- the trailer ends with a great shot of Iron Man and Cap fighting in a very distinctive location so when I was watching the movie and it seemed like they were maybe on the same page at last, I still knew another fight had to come which lessened the impact of the Bucky reveal. And the Logan trailer- excellent trailer but just seeing him holding a shovel and looking sad immediately confirmed Charle’s death.

Damn, it's coming up as ¥ 25,735, turning into USD 248.35 after shipping fee.
I've got a preorder at hlj for ¥22,400 (~$208) but dont have anything else in or heading into my private warehouse.

Wish I caught dinobot while he was cheaper at amazon

Has anyone noticed his price fluctuating a lot? Should I wait it out and see if it'll drop or just leave my pre at hlj up?

It's interesting Dinobot's shipping is more than Megatron's.

Bear in mind that HLJ has policies against "excessive" cancellations and will terminate an account after a certain number.

Maybe all of Dinobot's accessories are making his packaging even bigger than Megatron's?

Bigger? Maybe? But that display stand has to add quite a bit of weight.

Granted if Megatron comes in lounge mode it would make for a smaller flatter box.

Either a mistake based on incorrect weight in the listing or so many people are buying products from the US now that they are able to offer cheaper international shipping

Don’t they usually package all the bots in alt mode, though?

They have so far. I would wager that Megatron would also be packaged in beast mode, but remove the tail for the sake of not having to accommodate a 41cm long T-rex.

41cm the official number? I just got out my ruler to see what that looked like and I was shocked. I knew this was going to be a large bot, but that T-Rex is going to be insane. First was the pic of Primal being the same size as the T-Rex's head, and then I looked at 41cm in person.... It's massive! People are going to regret not buying this at discounted prices.
