Huh. The little mini-figures with the dinos are fun but probably not enough for me to re-buy stuff.

 

Did the Takara Dinobots come with those minifigs last time? I don't remember seeing those. That makes them almost tempting.

 

Which movie is this Ironhide mold from? I only have the 07 version.

And was Takara's voyager RotF Megs always these colors, or is this the first movie accurate use of the mold?

 

Nope, those are all new.

Ironhide is the HFTD deluxe mold. And yes, this is the first accurately colored use of the RoTF voyager Megs.

Ironhide is a must-buy for me, as are Ratchet and Soundwave. Might get Megatron too.

I was initially excited just at the idea of new movie toys with the older quality, but after a few moments, I realized that I don't really need most of these repaints. A few I'm fine with the versions I have. A couple I don't think are much of an improvement over the ones I could buy for dirt cheap off TFSource, and a couple I just don't like the molds of. Screamer I'll try to get. The rest I'll probably pass on.

Edit: May consider the Dinos, depending on their paint scheme.

A re-release of Voyager ROTF Megatron! Thank God! The prices that guy goes for are insane.

It's a little disappointing that there's no Leadfoot here. I hope HA Soundwave still has Laserbeak!

Also, this seems like a good opportunity to re-release leader Sentinel Prime with a premium deco. That figure always needed a better paint scheme.

 

Nice! I can finally add an appropriate Ironhide & Ratchet to my movie collection.

 

I am a little interested in the Megatron depending on the price.  If I didn\'t already have a glut of movie toys, I would probably get a few more, but there is only so many times I can buy most of them.

 

It took a fragging reissue line for them to do evasion prime right!!!!!!!!!!

Otherwise, not really interested. The only time I plan on buying the leader class prime mold again is if the make a KO of APS-02U. Otherwise, I'll rely on the likes of dreamfactory and Weijang to fill out my shelves with correctly scaled movie accurate bots.

Now if leadfoot was reissued, id preorder so fast the Internet would implode.

 

If the reissue of the Human Alliance Soundwave comes with the Laserbeak and Dylan Gould figures, that would be a great way to get a guaranteed legit version of that mold. I\'d certainly be interested, since I passed on that Asian 2-pack with Barricade.
