My main thing is that they've already shipped out a ton of the God Neptune sets, so the number of people who would want him for that set is probably fairly stagnant (save for people buying it second hand or if it gets a reissue). I doubt there are a ton of people outside of that group who would be happy to just have Lobhammer when they don't own the rest of the combiner. They're okay toys by themselves, but we're all buying them for the ability to combine them.

The black is the black legend disc (aka, FOC Ravage) Red is the matrix that came with the toy color reissue of Big Convoy (with the cannon) Yellow is the Onyx Primal core that came with POTP Predaking (often used in the gold Prime armor that came with Golden Lagoon Starscream) Purple is the matrix that came with SG MP10, Green is the matrix that came with one of the Galvatron reissues (I think it was the toy accurate one) White is the Matrix Saber from the Arms Micron release of Weaponizer Optimus Prime, and blue is the matrix that came with the rerelease of Blue Big Convoy.

It's less "Ravage as a Matrix" and more "GO reused the FOC data-discs as gimmick items". The black Legendisc is just coincidentally Ravage's disc form. They would be completely different entities but you know this comic's tendency to have references to everything.
