Interesting. I wonder if they'll use this line to finally make a Cliffjumper since he was the only character from the original "classics" line who didn't get a Henkei version.

 

Well, looks like Takara will give me the toys I want with the decos I want. Can't wait to see what else gets rereleased for awesomesauce!  

 

I'll pass on that Primal that mold is way too big and clunky for me. He needs a new mold like Rhinox got.

 

Rattrap actually looks worse. That gold is just random and weird, and he's got no fancy paint apps aside from the sweet (but not accurately coloured) Maximal symbols on his forearms.

Primal is cool I guess... but why'd they go back to plain white instead of the silver previous Takara Primal redecoes got?

Both of these seem like a downgrade from previous versions, but I'll probably still get Primal just so I can own a modern redeco of the Ultra Class figure. Loved that toy as a kid. Gotta say though, I am absolutely floored that Takara is starting a 30th celebration line with BEAST WARS. It's almost as if someone remembered that Beast Wars was a huge part of Transformers history and is super beloved and absolutely deserves as much recognition as G1.

A Voyager Primal and Voyager Dinobot would PERFECTLY pull together a season 1 display.

 

Awesome, I will gladly order these guys and hopefully the Megatron comes out too. I am hoping for a Dinobot re-release, that would be even more awesome-er!
