The middleman must be the same sort who puts up the deluxes etc. on places like Ebay and Amazon for $30 as opposed to $17, lol. So yeah, I can see BBTS then having to make a profit over that as well.

The combined mode looks really cool. It is definitely distinct from Menasor.

 

I think they could add a new member out of one of the scout class molds just to make it a little more worthwhile.

This is the first I've heard about it.

 

Someone mentioned this has gold paint instead of yellow plastic and compared it to another e-hobby black-colored optimus (too many pages to go back and find the post).... I'm not bothered by paint, but can anyone tell me if e-hobby has a good reputation when it comes to paint apps? Any peeling/flaking? I like the look of this guy, but if i can't transform it without being in constant fear of destroying the paint job i'm gonna have to pass.... :/

 

Never had a problem with one. The QC would be the same, though, regardless of retail outlet as it all comes from the same place, has the same people making them, has the same oversight, etc.

 

Actually, they could make Powerglide into Skyfall, then make a new member a limb.

 

Or they could give him a Black Rook Redeco, a Black Alpha Bravo Redeco, a Black Off-Road redeco and a Black Fireflight Redeco.

I'm hoping the rumored Bruticus happens. I plan on re-purposing this Scourge as RID/ Car Robots Scourge... who happens to be disappointed with the failures of Ruination/Bruticus and takes over for Onslaught from time to time.

 

The club is taking preorders for Grand Scourge. I got a little excited until I saw the price. I was under the impression that some kind of deal was going on between them and ehobby. That way the prices could be more reasonable. I can order it from HLJ shipped cheaper than the club before shipping. I want to support the club, but I have to support my wallet first.

 

My first thought is, take future CW Bruticus limbs and repaint accordingly. I know it means leaving out Onslaught as Omega Octane, but it would make the most sense.

(actually, are they even doing Bruticus for sure?)
