Entertainment Earth also has the listing up, but they up and call it a “Masterpiece” figure. Given Hasbro’s tendency to reuse names in different ways, I wouldn’t be surprised if they DID market it as a “Masterpiece” figure, albeit with the extra features.

Yeah considering they called the premium finish figures "Masterpiece" the name is pretty meaningless here.

 

Is he really that articulated AND detailed, let's see how it compares to the Studio Series version.

 

Is this going to be more expensive than the SS leader?

 

Fully poseable and 11 inches? You telling me they’re giving us a real leader?

 

Is this at the level/scale/pricepoint of the upcoming Buzzworthy Optimus Prime?

Should be cautious here. "Fully poseable/articulated" doesn't always mean as poseable/articulated as we want.

 

Probably getting the standard 90 degree limb bends and swivels.

 

Head, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, maybe something at the ankles. That’s about all we need out of it to mimic a leader. As long as the articulation is Better than those beast mode figures I’ll be good.

 

From what I've heard from JT Prime this is basically a "MPM at home" but not to the point its disconnected from mainline.

Highly interested in it since I kind of want a DX-esque toy of Primal.

 

If that’s the case it’ll be exactly what I’m looking for, a giant chunky fun figure to play with reminiscent of old leaders.
