Rotate your arm shoulders 180 before folding the forearms up and over. The black shoulders look like they are in the wrong position and forcing them to be taller. They are not symmetrical
That doesnt work
Will check a video tot this
Has anyone successfully disassembled the pelvis to see what’s making the hip joints loose?
I tried unscrewing mine, but the screw stripped immediately. Is it worth the hassle to try taking it apart? Is the joint just a loose mushroom peg?
Ask @Agent 539 if he noticed anything, he took one apart for the "What's in the box" thread.
What's in the Box: Masterpiece Parts Counts
There’s a shot of Bee’s pelvis disassembled. The joints of the speciman is tight so which part of the hip is showing looseness?
Received my copy yesterday and was expecting the worst. Had the chance to get it out of the box and to transform it from alt into robot. So far I couldn't recognize any major flaws, especially the ok tight legs surprised me quite a bit. I really expected wobbly legs. Paint looked ok at first glance, the autobot symbol also. The shoulder Joints and the rotating axle of the faux wheel were scary tight...I almost had to massage them into place veeeeeery slow.
I feel like if you’ve got mp44 you pretty much need to get mp45 as well...they’re too perfect together
JFYI, amazing bad move from myself when I ordered my copy at Nippon Yasan. I was so excited when I received an email from them on the 22nd of November stating that my order was under preparation. Since then, nothing new besides that their customers service informs me they have a problems with their shipping (I guess there's a conflict with the customs).
I wasn't aware of their shady maneuvers. I'm thinking of starting a paypal claim but I also have MP-46 & 47 pre ordered and paid. If I start a claim they will block my account according to them.
So think twice folks before you ever want to order from them.
Problem with the hips is that instead of being a regular mushroom peg, its two pieces pinned together to form a mushroom peg. So you have two pieces that move. The mushroom peg itself spins in the pelvis but then leg part that goes into that pin is also spinning because the pin is not on there tight enough. Spoke to @Jarrod and pushing the pin with a soldering iron might be the best solution.
I love them together. They have this great charm.
Weird, I've ordered a few things from them recently and havent had any issues at all. Overall they've been pretty great!
Heard from Macross forums that they are the last, emphasis on the LAST resort to order from. Something about lousy customer support.
I second this, aside from their crappy customer services. They are shipping stuff out 2-3 weeks after release.
I got my bumblebee from Nippon Yasan straight on release, not 2-3 weeks after. Shame you guys have had issues but they've been all good with my orders.
Thx for the info. Please could you tell me what shipping option you chose ?
Both of those caps were ridiculously loose on mine. I worked some thin CA glue in around the pin and that did the trick.
He really is! The comments about hips and quality are keeping me from ordering him, but all these glorious photos are tempting me...
