Case in point
Where is your "case in point"?
There are 3 new MPs incoming, and announcements just around the proverbial corner.
I don't see an issue here.
3. Three. I can count that with my fingers.
That is normal is it not? A few releases per year.
I just realize your title lol. I’d agree
That definitely looks the part. For me this will be a "contingency" purchase. IF mp 49 turns out to be cliffjumper, and they go in the direction of MP 45 here, I'll feel the need to pick this guy up for robot mode consistency.
All the kibble and all of that doesn't really bother me.
So you want 11 MPs a year? God I wish. Though it's already hard on the wallet as is.
We went through all of 2018 with only 1 new BW MP and no new G1 MP.
So far, 2020 is looking like a a normal year for releases, as far as TT ia concerned.
They're not going to release a list of all of the MPs they intend to release over the next 3 years. Scrap happens and plans change.
I think that overall amount of sacrifices made in the bot mode for transformation isn't bigger than it was with the previous MP Bee.
Older MP has huge clown shoes with barely any shins. Also, stick figure arms and the entire silhouette isn't very proportional. The backpack was only a little smaller than on MP-45 except it was seamless turtle shell.
MP-45 is more proportional, the face sculpt is more defined and yellow parts aren't overwhelming the rest of the figure. Also shade of the yellow is correct for once.
Both figures look so-so from the back and the side so it's not like the older MP has much advantage here.
Appreciate the updated posts from @Sam . There is a reason he has stopped posting on here as many other top contributors from this site have slowly exited. A shame since only a handful actually push this forum forward with insight and general knowledge.
It's the vocal minority ruining it for the silent majority.
Enjoying the pictures you repost. Cant wait for this guy!
Just got an email from AJ that Bee will be ready sooner.
I did too, but I'm unsure what it means. The message read:
"Dear Customer:.. We are pleased to report that the item (s) in your order indicated above will be sent sooner than expected When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail message confirming the date, contents and method of shipment"
But when checking the order, it still says the (recent delay) date of November 23rd, and the estimated delivery date of December 4th.
edit: oh no date yet
The release date hasn't actually changed. AJ sends out a similar email for every preorder product once they firm up the estimated shipping date. If you check your email you'll find the same kind of message for MP-44, the previous MP-45 release date, MP-47, etc.
Sometimes they say it's a delay, sometimes early, depending on whether their guess was early or late, but it's always within a day or two of their original estimate. It's just too bad it sounds so exciting at first
