I'm thinking it's probably the same height as MP-10's box, but actually a little bit wider/longer. But yeah, it's hard to say from the photo.

Oh man, why is the yellow on Prime’s waist chipping? I hope the final release wouldn’t have this issue.

Abit off topic...I’m not sure if you could help him but...it was his “time”. The dude was putting on a strong front but was suffering all the way to the end.

Tbh he really was a nice guy and a real TF fanatic. He was so eager to get his hands on this version of Optimus.

The usual trope. Lol. Lack of space etc. I do think MP44 is the best toy to end on a high.

Can’t say I blame you. I’ll collect at least until the Ark crew before calling it quits on the MP line.

Box will be same size as MP10, 36 and 22, no doubt.

LOL! You got me man! I’ll amend it. Somehow I can’t help but think how the late TCracker would love to have this figure.

Not crazy about that character card artwork now that we can see it, doesn't look up to the level of the likes of MP-39/40/41's. Ah well.

I'm guessing this is still a prototype on display, or a test shot (although I can't see a stamping of a number on it like most test shots would have). The unpainted helmet and gun, and the orange part (which should be clear translucent) reminds of that test shot we saw of MP-21 with blue headlights.
Hope the final antennae are made of stronger plastic.

The hips do look a little bit weird, kinda reminiscent of action master Optimus Prime

You really shouldn't, you did your best buddy. If only Hasbro and Takara could've tried working together to get him a copy, but I reckon it never went further than the social media manager on Hasbro's Twitter. What a shame.

Yeah, TCracker won’t hold it against him...he’s too nice to do that. He was resigned to it being denied due to “corporate reasons”.

But I wished TC had the chance since he really was a TF fan and it would have shown that HasTak had a heart.

They could have easily arranged a rep to bring down a prototype and let him fiddle with it...who am I kidding...

If I remembered correct a dying patient was allowed to watch an early screening of Star Wars TFA? Nice gesture from those involved.
