@Dean ML outdone yourself! Bravo!!!
Means a lot from you, SW!
Much as I like this new prime figure, Megatron is still the daddy.
hey guys! Any idea of fixing the bent antennas on the MP-44, I tried the hair dryer technique, that didn't work - I read something about dipping them on hot water, would anyone know the method for that? TIA
Takes a bit longer, but I think a lot of people have actually had a lot of success just doing it by hand, just repeatedly curling and massaging them between thumb and forefinger gently.
I concur, although Mp29+ is THE "Grandaddy" and Mp36 is the daddy and MP44 is the... Heck all these figures are awesome! They're all, "THE Daddy!".
Does anyone have a set of mp44 hips they’re willing to part with?
The forward-and-back ratchet assembly for the thighs
36 years, 36 FRIGGEN YEARS and that Optimus Prime axe smack on Megatron still cracks me up lol.
The smack talk cracks me up too!
Big thanks to @Trunkkey for supplying me with the MP-44 reprolabels! I finally had some time to take some of the promised pics of my updated trailer deco. Loving it. They really help bring out the details in the sculpting while giving it a nice touch of color and life.
Looks nice. I only appiled the alt mode vehicle stickers. I was debating on if I wanted to “sticker” out the trailer.
the pictures aren't working for me
Looks like they're hosted through Google, do you need to change some kind of permission or sharing setting?
I can see em
Hm. Not sure why the copy and pastes aren't appearing for some of you guys, but I'll try them as attachments here this time.
And those trailer stickers look fantastic!
Thanks! Even the monitor stickers by themselves made the set worth it for the trailer enhancement. Those and the external stripes are my favorites. The other internal accent colors just pull it all together. I may have to eventually get a set for Earthrise Prime's trailer innards too.
I’m afraid to think of the time it took to apply those stickers.
Probably less time than it took to disassemble and reassemble MP-44.
