No Starscream? I would’ve thought with the headsculpt that came with MP-44, the recolour potential from a mound and the outdated v1, TT would be itching for a v2

 

I would thought people would be mad at the mention of a Screamer V3.

 

Maybe ...it wouldn’t be my favourite choice but it would sell.

If they made a Rodimus Prime 2.0 or a Ultra Magnus 2.0 that would be incredible.

Lol, yeah, I didn’t know “Takara Masterpiece Transformer Appraiser” was an official thing. Although, it must be non-accredited degree program, since the ‘reality’ prices aren’t what I paid (or will be paying) for any of them that I’ve purchased (or preordered). Maybe it’s an alternate reality? I didn’t pay much more than the ‘worth’ column in my ‘reality’. *shrugs*

I see he’s around $350 on Amazon Japan presently. Any chance of getting him at $300 or less in the next twelve months do you think?

 

Perhaps on the used market, on Manda or Jungle, but I wouldn't count on it. MP OPs have generally held their value well, and unless there was something very wrong with the item (loose without box, missing pieces, something broken) I really haven't seen them much below MSRP before. You could wait and see if the Japanese holiday brings some prices down, but perhaps not ~20%.

Finally got my own MP-44 and couldn’t be more satisfied with this figure!
Everything works also flawless,no paint chipping and the knees are working as intended.
This guy moves absolutely fantastic all around and was definitely worth the money in the end.
