Transformed without instructions or incident. No YouTube video either.



Before my Prime came, I watched Wotafa TF his yesterday and it must have stuck because I had no issues. Transformed smooth as silk.

 

I finally had the pleasure to transform the big fella.

Amazing! My “Masterpiece Moment” is when revealing the hands from the forearms. The way it all swivels out is unique and clever.

Other highlights include forming the legs, it’s amazing how all those different shaped pieces come together to form one cohesive shape.

All and all, this figure makes me happy! I’m giddy like a school boy. He looks so damn fine. Boot flare and all!

dammit, TT! paint-chipped right away out of the clamshell. haven't even transformed it, yet!

This guy is amazingly posable!

 

Second thing I did after I transformed prime like I did with mp-36, sprayed him with the same thing I use for gundams to prevent paint chips.

 

I don't know the answer to this, but I hope it gets some attention because I have the same baffling issue. I probably won't replace the figure though...just too much of a hassle and the leg actually functions fine as it's still a very stiff friction joint.

 

What did you use. I got some acrylic semigloss I was going to use on the gray stripe and yellow buttons.

 

Care to share the brand?

 

Its called top coat by Mr. HOBBY.
It comes in gloss or matt flat coating.

wow! the season 1 heasculpt is sooo good , way better in hand , too bad there's a hairstrand on his mouthplate. oh well

 

Which did you use on this? Gloss or matte?

 

It was not me who sprayed MP44 with any top coat..lol. it was the op

not gonna lie I'm feeling like a mechanic here , listen to jazz music while transform lol. My wife came in and almost gasp

 

Matte coat.   as has Been showed.

 

I still feel it's overpriced by about a hundred bucks and wish that the sounds could have been contained in the jetpack....

....but it also looks like one of the best overall Transformers figures with some incredible engineering feats and I'm mostly pissed at the price because I REALLY WANT ONE  

 

W9w! Um happy to say that the transformation so far is not hard at all , in my skill scale i guess since i tinker with lots of stuffs! The inital tolerance is tight and will loose the next transformation so finger crossed. Onto next part! View attachment 28382452
