Bruh that’s just one episode. And there’s much more reference for his alt-mode then that.
Yeah I’ll take a larger rifle over storage most days.

I’m so glad the waist doesn’t rotate anymore. It’s back to classic Optimus transformations.

The sounds will be so great to have. Is he gonna have more or less than BW Megatron?

    :trolls:

Edit: I'd love a Masami Obari-stylized Optimus Prime toy thou made by Japanese toy group SENTINEL. IMHO it would look mega sick. :rock : 1542872039064.jpg

That silver thing is the pin holding in his hand (previously a screw and washer on earlier prototypes).
You’re right it does almost look like there’s some movement that could be down to a ball-joint, but based on the pin connection I’m not sure that’s possible.

Master it and you’ll be able to do your work and check out MP-44 at the same time!

Only one way to find out! In less than 3 weeks we can finally delve deeper into what makes MP44 tick. To discover ever nook and cranny of his beefy, G1 accurate design. Kinda like robot porn. ^

    ......What?! :confused2

I think @Digger was talking about MP-10's feature of storing the gun *inside* the back. MP-44 can still store his gun like in the picture you posted (it even appeared like that in an episode from which @Sam posted a screenshot). I believe it connects like this (as I think someone pointed this out many pages back, lost in the mists of time):

The gun can definitely store folded behind the waist as shown in Tokyo Toy Show. As for mounting to the back, I think it still can.

I pointed that out too (some in these 1000 pages :lol )
Took a while to make the connection with those slits in his back and the two tabs on his second ‘handle’.

You can still store it along side his backpack OR folded in half and tucked under his backpack for a muzzle butt gun . Options !

It was very probably you I was thinking of who pointed out in the first place then - you've pointed out so many details that I lose track. :)

A clear sign of unhealthy obsession at this point. Just release the damn thing so I can have my life back TT! :lol

Kidding, I’ve enjoyed this thread immensely. What a build-up. Maybe they can delay MP-44 so that we can enjoy our speculating just a little bit longer...

Nah bring on those shipping notifications!

Anyone else as batshit crazy as me to order this from Amazon Japan despite the mad import fees whacked on top of it? (Question doesn’t apply to you lucky sods in the USA ;) ) Getting my second copy as cheap as possible from Nippon Yasan, but I just had to have MP-44 in my hands as fast as possible and Amazon Japan is the way to do that (shy of a trip to Japan itself).

I wonder if I wasn’t so heavily invested in this online fandom whether I’d really need it a few days earlier than the other cheaper options. Probably would :D

Lol no I was under the impression you couldn’t store it like that. But I’m so glad to be wrong. This is gonna be great.
Oh hell yeah! And people say MPs aren’t creative.

Damn, I shouldn't have kept this preorder and I could've backed Unicron. Well nothing I can do about it now so I'll move on, hindsight is always 20-20.

Honestly, if I got the choice between this or Unicron I’d pick this. Seems like more fun.
