Nope. This is TTMall exclusive. Only way it would be on Amazon Japan is through a third party seller, and at a mark-up.

 

I am the same. 100% wanted a plus streak from the announcement of 12+.

 

The new face looks great. A much more distinctive sculpt than the original version. Otherwise, inferior in every other way. Easy pass.

Takara, if you really want to go full-cartoon, don't just repaint earlier figures with flat paint. You need to remold.

Looks dull BUT I really want the multiple faces gimmick on the original Bluestreak. Here's hoping a 3rd party fills that gap.

Poor Prowl though, he could have also done with this kind of love (Movie death face etc.).

And are people really wanting Ironhide and Ratchet v2s? You know those are already pretty cartoon accurate/already have the blue windows/multiple faces etc. And Tracks, really?

I think the one question mark over + or v2 release at the moment is Ultra Magnus. Doesn't strictly need either.

 

All these repaints, and they\'re still not doing something cool like Cobalt Sentries or the Kiss Players cassettes(at least Glit and Sundor since there\'s no rewind yet)
disappointing.

 

Mmmm, think I'll stick with the original on this one. I didn't think I'd like Bluestreak since he's just a less colourful Prowl or Smokescreen, but the finish won me over once I had him in hand.

Good to have options though.

P.S. Alternate faces should be standard on everything IMO, great that they're included. This is the first + with changeable faceplates?

Magnus + would be more in line with Megatron and go full toy colours seeing as MP22 is already all toon.

 

Megatron had a "new" face when he got the + treatment, but other than that, this would be the first to have the gimmick where it didn't have it before.

 

I hope for MP plus soundwave with anime color.

Sell them? It's not like it's a foreign concept to replace and sell in this hobby. Then all the ppl that prefer the original can rejoice at cheap options flooding the market, especially the ko owners who fancy an original.

Yeah I’m gonna bounce after this. Same stuff in a usual MP thread. But great toy. I’m really liking where it’s going and I’ll happily await more updates. But yeah do some more stuff takara. I’d say some good ones would be a new reflector and some insecticons. Keep working hard on hound and then probably go into some minibots. That seems like a pretty good line up.

True. Although I don’t really wanna buy overpriced MP cassettes since I kinda don’t like them. MMC I’d be down though.
