Interesting all right. The blue eyes do indicate a more sunbow animation accurate color scheme for POTP Volcanicus but how do we know that this couldn't be just another team of Autobot Dinobots that isn't Grimlock and his team? Heck for all we know this could be a take on the Beast Machines Dinobots getting new forms.

Anime accurate dinobots are what I wanted from the beginning, and I was so disappointed that it was at that time that Takara and Hasbro merged products.

That said I wouldn’t be too eager to pull the trigger on it just yet, given new dinobots look to be already coming in the Studio Series 86 line.

 

I'm wondering if it's a BW Predacon combiner or something. They got the T-Rex and Pterodactyl. Could retool some guys into a spider, scorpion, wasp, or ant.

That's an idea. Would be sweet if that's the case.

The blue eyes seem to not indicate Predacon or Decepticon for that matter...But then again BW is a series where eye colors can be different from character to character regardless of faction so that may not be far off.

 

I'm guessing G2 Dinobots from the PotP molds.
