yeah, I got the 3 day notification emails, but then a few days later I got a paypal invoice for those two.
Hello All, Quick question about FromJapan. I have something pending with them but its probably a month or so away from being ready to ship. If by some terrible happenstance I forget to provide shipping what happens? Their website says: I'm assuming the bold sentence means that they would resell it themselves and not literally throw it away. I'm also assuming there would be no refund on my end? I'd just be out whatever I paid on the auction?
I’ve only used FromJapan twice and have never tested that policy. However, that gives you 45 days from the time they receive the item. You’ll receive a notification from them when they have the item, then you’ll have the 45-day window to pay the shipping fee. If you're purchasing other items through them and they arrive within that window, you can have them all shipped together to save a little on shipping. I hope that helps.
I appreciate that insight Xaxis. The combined shipping system I figured out last time with DA-19 and DA-56. I'm just trying to figure out worst case scenario here; holidays are hectic for me so missing an email alert could happen. So having pondered it for a couple more days I think I'm going to pass on DA-70. The color schemes aren't pulling me in and the accessories aren't doing it for me either. The fact that Taurus can't get a Raid Chamber is also unfortunate. One thing that might have pulled me in; if instead of Battle Buffalo's turrets, we got some of Powered 03s manipulator claws and powered 04/5's repair arms. The DA-65 promos features them a bunch but I don't think the main set has the 03 arms. The Maneuver Suit 2-pack arms has two of Destroyer BP 04/05's arms but that's just not enough.
This is getting ridiculous, I don't doubt that battle convoy cost them a lot to develop but they've got to have something new soon.
The only site that I can find the new images of DA-71 & DA-72 Diaclone DA-71 Triverse Trijetter Recolor | Nin-Nin-Game.com Diaclone DA-72 Triverse Tridigger Recolor | Nin-Nin-Game.com
New helmets? Also looks like Jetter has a female pilot. They look good, but not sure i care that much about repaints. Still, TriDigger would look awesome with DA-60's knuckle dusters.
Well, I have no control, I’ll probably pick those up. The color schemes look excellent after all and I love having matching teams. I’ll be honest, I kinda wish they used the same color scheme as the upcoming sunburst dasher, feel like they’d be a better fit. It’s the same head parts from the previous releases, just includes both heads for each figure.
Holy shit, how am I only now finding out about this company! Edit: looking back through their listings it seems they haven't been selling Diaclone for very long so that's why.
Looks like they're on TTMall: ダイアクロン DA-71 トライヴァース トライジェッター<Dキャリバー> ダイアクロン DA-72 トライヴァース トライディガー<Dキャリバー>
Looks cheaper than some other sites but what about shipping? Sometimes the shipping can put it on par or well above other prices
Ok, when they made the original trivers figures It was fine, something new to make a larger line. But now they are making so many recolors of the same models that i think they're nearly out of ideas for new stuff. At least the diabattles got also a minor remold instead than just 300 different colors. And how about the warudaros army? Yeah, their bots are so versatile that you can make whatever you want with them, but what the hell, we have just 5 different molds for their mechas... Also, am i the only one who would like to see not just transformable robots but also proper ships and bases that doesn't turn into something else? I don't expect takara to make a cruiser large enough to carry many big powered mechas and a thousand dianauts, but at least something that can carry a small troop and some powered suits... Transformation is not the only gimmick you can successfully use in a line like this.
Agreed on all points. Powered Convoy's trailer would be an awesome starting point for transportation and bases. It doesn't need to become a robot, just a mobile fortress. Fill out the "box" with transformable panels and work stations, or Artillery batteries, or construction/repair bays. Then make adapters that allow the different vehicles to tow it. Also, yeah, I would live more Waruder types. Even though they are a "swarm" enemy, diversity isn't a bad thing.
I would kill for a small pricepoint bracket. Things like a dianaut and a support vehicle or mini diorama. For the Warudars mini builds that can be used as add on bits for the larger mechs to create even zanier builds.
