"You two should have told me you were hitting the gym..."
Arms added, no idea how I'll add any legs to it at the mo though, not many ports in that area as it is.
I'm getting impatient waiting for DA-51 to show up at US retailers. Not "buy one of the DA-51s off of Mandarake"-level impatient, but still.
Well NOW I'm sad I didn't buy a DA-48 set lol.
Caught this on Twitter, this month's Hobby Japan seems to have a feature and interview on the Vers Riser 03 that apparently explains the odd colour choices used.
WHAT’S THE REASON ERECT85, YOU GOSHDARN BLMMIN’ TEASE, YOU?
Hey y'all, been looking to make space for my collection so I'm planning on letting go of my DA-50 Warudaros Giganter. Would anyone be interested in picking him up? Just shoot me a message if you're interested or have been waiting/looking for a Giganter Warudaros.
First in hand pictures of Tri-Rambler hitting Twitter:
Not all good news though, putting this in a separate post so it doesn't get missed, one owner found the waist band thing that holds the massive wheels was broken out of the box.
i saw that post too.
Getting pretty wary of the fact that every release seems to have some Russian roulette style breakage issue...
just had a shock - apparently, Parcelforce n UK customs want to try n charge me £104 for the Vers Riser 1 I ordered from Amiami.. huh?!
I heard of various customs randomly pulling packages for fees then after inquiry provide a list of previously non-fee'd packages. Like my mother reared my offenses.
Here's hoping my Rambler has the correct hardware for his center articulated suspension armature. I'll be checking that before exercising any of the joints. Having disassembled a few Tri-series waist sections and a Diabattle core fighter, I can see why this entire line is a QC nightmare compared to Hastak mainline.
Here's the thing; I've paid for everything else I get charged for without any issues, so to be charged this much on an item that costs just a shade over £40 without any additional explanation as to why? I'm guessing someone in UK customs cant do yen-to-gbp conversion, or they put a decimal in the wrong place..
Call them and ask to speak to someone about it, ask what numbers are on the customs form specifically because that has to be a mistake.
With the latest QC issues, I actually changed all my orders to a domestic seller, that way if there is an issue I won't have to fight with oversea sellers. My Giganter a peg with a spring was loose in the box. It was a piece that allows the legs to retract. Luckily I was able to put it back together, but still.
I'm assuming they've moved a decimal point when figuring the customs VAT, as that seems the most logical explanation when looking at the latter I got from Parcelforce.
Despite this "hiccup", I'm actually still looking forward to getting the Vers Riser!
Looking for a DA-33 Big Powered GV (Destroyer) - loose is preferred, but boxed it ok. Pm me if you have one for sale.
Next repaint being announced this week:
VersRiser has arrived today! Despite the charging snafu, he's a really nifty lil thing! And he makes a cool dropship transport for my Maneuver Gamma n Delta set!
Any guesses on colors? Original is blue. I think this will be either shadow or red.
