Are the dia battles jets on the sides of your first photo (like Red Lightning) attached together, or just resting on top of each other? If they're attached, could you post a side angle of one of them?
...Oddly enough, i was listening to Veil of Maya when i saw the post.
do you mean Cynic's Veil of Maya right?
Uh, not really...
I was listening to a djent band named "Veil of Maya", it's metal too, the song was "Citadel", kinda feels like prog-rock, which is what i imagine playing on the background while the Dia-forces fight the Waruders.
Unattached! I did my best to combine most of everything I own into one mega-transport, which is one of everything released so far, besides the Shadow versions of the Tri Guys, Marine version of Tridigger, and I think that's all I'm missing.
The Diabattles combos are placed in such a way that make them appear attached, but I couldn't work out a connection that looked good.
Most everything else is sitting securely in place on top of the three combined Big Powered Cruiser Rigs.
I've found that the Trijetter and Tridigger, when in Triverse formations, hold a Sky Jacket ensemble in place quite well, with the remaining Tridasher becoming a cool turret emplacement.
My idea was that Dianauts had to come up with something powerful quickly in order to escape/defend against the newly arrived gigantic menace..
All the Battle Convoy I'm going to need.
guys quick question does those screws and metal bits on diaclone powered suits do they rust? does anyone know what type of metal they used?
Get the Toyhax set for Prime. The trailer decals make a huge difference.
Just arrived from Japan! A word of warning about Amazon.jp, they shipped the product in a padded plastic envelope. No bubble wrap or nothin'. A corner of the box is a bit smushed. Fortunately I'm not collecting boxes.
This guy is more fun to play with than Tri-jetter. My pics are a bit yellowish due to proximity of a lamp I was using.
Ugh now I kinda want shadow dasher but I don’t want to pay $200 for him.
Taking these pics reminded me that I should really try to get the Cathode versions of DA-31 and 38...
For those of you who have the DA-33 Destroyer, do his face have the maskless option like the original or is it always, there. I know there is a visor now, but I wasn't sure about the face.
Only the visor. It replaces the "mask" gimmick from the original.
This is what the gimmick looks like.
Yeah it's just a gold visor that slides down over the eyes from inside the head, it's a very minor thing really.
The fold out faceplate on the stock and IMS versions is much more fun if quite fiddly for westerners.
Been very curious about this line. Bots but specifically the dianaught sets to populate my MP TF displays. How are the little guys. I know they've got the magnetized thing going for them which is a major selling point for me, but are they posable and relatively durable. How do they scale with modern MP, like OP V3. The designs are cool and I think they would look dope all up in his commander center doing dianaught things. The mini figs that came with it are junk, so i can't imagine they are worse than that. Thoughts and general impressions of the minifigs are appreciated!
They scale better with earthrise and other 1/60ish scale transformers
