Just a few quick photos from first play. I’m surprised the build quality is better than (the only other diaclone i have) Dia Battles (first release). I was not expecting the tolerances to be so nice. Especially with slidin pieces onto limbs which is simultaneously easy and gripping once its in place. The paint is fantastic and really brings out the details. I cant get over how good his head looks with the hexagonal pattern on the red!
Presumably that continued hellworld thing where we're now in year four of 2020 and the plague, and its related logistics issues, are still around. Bandai delayed a bunch of things for a month or more over this month, including things that had already received a release date this month.

I could kind of get it going but not quite Btw Hot Rod is just out so i could show size to my friend. Vajra joined the autobot cause for a brief moment to protect the shuttle from decepticons.
I’m honestly surprised by all the flak it gets. I think the humanoid configuration has a wonderful lithe and almost “haughty” look and I absolutely love tinkering around with the set; seeing what monstrosities I can make with just the parts in the box, combining it with other Waruder releases, even just using the pieces as “set dressing”. It’s so versault-, I mean, versatile. (Old pic as my Diaclone’s currently all in storage )
