    - "Let's show them, that while we may be small, we can make a big impact! Move out!"

Time for a flashback! I just finished building yet another Dart Loader (DA-13), I believe I own 9 of this version... It is pretty functional as a small set.

A DA-13 was the first Diaclone set I opened, assembled, and played with. It still remains near the top of my favorites. It is just a small tank/utility vehicle completely built from sprue cut construction that can be disassembled and used as bits and bobs, but I'm still partial to its basic design.

Thank you to my cousin, HeatherLynn Images by Heather Genini, for the background image from her photography.

I certainly regret waiting so long. The fact that it also came with a dianaut and a raid chamber should not be overlooked, quite the 'complete little package'. It also really compliments those Power Suits. I wanted to love the Gyrosceptor more, but it's a bit fiddly for my liking. I think both sets would really pop with some detail paintwork or a bit of a wash... but I figure that's a slippery slope. Kind of like what was pointed out with the missile bays/racks on DA-93.

These sets also not having a waruder equivalent still bothers me... the Ant Head would be a bit too big in comparison... but perhaps the 'tanker' or 'berserk' companion parts that came with Raptor and Bug Head (respectively).

Finally got a shipping notice for my lil Dia Guardian geezer set!! That's something to look forward to! And I assume his attachment points are still 3 or 4mm holes?

Other then the TriVERS chassis being tight (causing chipping/wear) what else is not quite working?

ports, Versaulter weapons need smaller ports and fist sizes.

I'll need to pull out Brave Maximus when mine shows up -- probably next month since I went through BBTS.

How far does BBTS typically lag behind the Japanese retailers on Reboot stuff?

About a month or so. They'll probably get DiaGuardion around the end of the month and charge me early February.
