Do you have a picture of the problem? one option might be to get the powered convoy set da-85. and just use the upgraded arms as replacement.
Both of my DA-93s had this issue. This is a great fix and worked perfectly, no scratches or damage to either head. I tried fixing it using my own strength, but the force required to seat the visor on such a tiny area requires the use of a tool.

Mine shipped from AJ, but it’s through ECMS. I didn’t realize it was set to Standard shipping until it was too late to change. Same with my MP Trailbreaker, so I won’t be able to enjoy these new toys until around Jan 12.
Got my box with two just now. Had to do the head fix on both, but it was super easy. I love this little guy.

I was waiting for the second pic, not bad. I wonder if we'll see the Tactical Mover frame in Red or blue at some point. What is the issue exactly? Is the head not 'squeezed together'? Or is it 'pushing down' on the head to seat the visor (like the VERSaulters?)
