    HI I ordered a takara mp black convoy and I notice mine didn't have the metal plate that usually come with this toy. just wonder if other folks here had the same situation thanks

    Metal plate came with the hk (Asia) release. Jap release came with the comic if I remembered correctly. Depends on which one you got.

    There were either two or three different releases.

    One with metal plate, one with comic, one with both, one with neither.

    I got a barebones one.

    Comic came with the ones sold by e-hobby, metal plate came with those sold in china alone, barebones was the last one to come out. Somebody more fluent in this matter could correct me\add more info.

    I just found my metal plate still sealed in its bag. I sold my black convoy long ago but had forgotten about the metal plate.

    My metal plate came packaged separately. I don't think you will find it in the MP-1B box if that's where you're looking for it.

    I got my MP-1B from BBTS, and when it arrived I got the version with the metal plate, and it also came packaged separately from MP-1B itself.

    I have the one with the comic. The one with the comic are those that came direct from e-Hobby.
