I’m going for the Skyrim reference. Though either way I’d like to have him. Mainly so I can have Scylla deployed separately. I mean thematically it makes sense, she abandons the poor guys at the slightest provocation and having a drone to take her place would be a good idea. There’s so many story beats Takara could go with, a blank protoform, long-lost member, lone alternate dimension Seacon, new body for an existing character.

Ok, looking at the manga, the different worlds or whatever seemed to be themed not only by color but also by another element, like the white characters being cops, the green ones mostly being Bulkheads, the purple ones mostly being Shockwaves, etc. The biggest theme I can see with the yellow one is female characters... and they have the yellow redeco of RID Optimus there. Given that at least the Spychanger version of Yellow RID Prime was made to be female in some Club fiction, and the character's inclusion in that theme here, along with the slightly feminine way they drew the hips... is this further canonization of Yellow RID Prime being a female version? If so, that kinda kicks ass.

He was written as male in the script. Nothing FunPub says or does changes that.

That yellow PotP hand intrigues me though.

 

It is so hard to for me to decide. While a part of me really want this set, yet there is so much similarities to PotP Abominus and other Unite Warriors and Combiner Wars figure I already owned. 

 

I know that, but I am not sure if it is worth $201USD (Tax included) for a mostly remolded PotP Abominus with extra accessories. I might change my mind later, but it just don’t seem right for me at this moment.

Do it, because in about a year, you'll be all like "man, I sure wish I grabbed one of those God Neptune sets back then instead of waiting until now when all of them are $800!"....might not be specifically you but I'm sure there will be plenty of those around here.
