    Just picked this guy up tonight in Tokyo.

    Man, he is practically PURPLE. Not too sure I like it, but hey, I'll never see the US release, so I gotta take what I can get!

    Sorry if the pics suck...it's my cell camera...

    CRAP! pics are sideways....sorry again...just wanted everyone to see how shiny and purple this guy is in hand...

    im pretty sure he was more of that maroon or purplish color in the show

    the maroon or "purple" on it looks nice in vehicle mode but in bot mode i don't thinks it fits too well with the orange. It still looks great though.

    ANIMATED TOY August

    I purchased it in a shop sold already of Akihabara. A sale date of the toys is tomorrow.However, Chara X Hobby is held tomorrow.What was able to obtain ANIMATED TOY was lucky today. I depart six hours later.

    nice photos but the lighting is really deceiving....it is really WAY more of a deep maroon/burgandy. almost violet! but the shine is kind of nice.

    As I transform him back and forth, i like him more and more. all the parts seem to peg in really well in both modes, but it feels like I'm breaking him every time i transform him!

    here's a close-up under my flourescent lighting that hopefully shows the color a little more naturally...

    That's a nifty color. I like the US color much better and there really isn't much difference otherwise.
