So I was wondering and a thought came to me. In the second trailer when Optimus slices through a couple Vehicons, I was thinking oil or green Energon and then I remembered TF Prime. Do you think the humans are also making a synthetic Energon that their man-made Transformers run on. It would be interesting, while they were studying Transformers and learned how to make them, the some how found a way to make their own Energon for them to run on, thoughts?

Hello Zikmaster1000. Although this seems possible, where would they get Synthetic Energon from? It is possible for them to get regular energon from ratchet as it seems that he may have died due to humans as seen from the trailer. But this theory may very well be possible. Michael Bay does not reveal the plots in any trailer. So your theory may well be related to the plot. I hope this helps.

 

Wouldn't they make it? That's kind of why it's called synthetic energon...

Of course, being human made, what's to say they run on energon at all and not just something completely different?

 

Maybe ratchet isn't killed but kidnapped to help the humans?
