Wow, this is going to be a good show.

I’m usually not into horror, but I’d make an exception for this.

Swamp Thing is very underrated. I hope he gets a good show.

Could be good, I'll need to see a trailer first, it depends on how much they keep and how much they change from the classic stories

You know this show is a bittersweet move when you realize both creators of Swamp Thing died last year.

I got to meet Bernie at a special panel at my college, he taught at an inking class for an hour or so. Nice guy, didn't realize he'd passed, or I forgot. Sad. They had a bunch of his work on display in the hall, the Frankenstein pages were amazingly detailed.

Swamp Thing could actually make for a really cool horror show. I’m a bit surprised SyFy didn’t scoop it up though

"Do Not Bring Your Evil Here..."

Loved the Swamp Thing movies from the 80s as well as the cartoon and TV series.

One of my favorite characters I hope it’s better than the current batch of DC TV crap.

Cool, but I’d be happier if this wasn’t part of thr digital service.

But whatever, I might have to check it out. Swamp Thing has had a great media run in the past, between the two movies, the live-action TV series, the animated series, and the accompanying toyline, so I’m happy the character is getting another show.

It sounds great but they will turn it into some 90's eco threat show.

I know Swamp Thing was always about preserving the swamp but they will ratchet it up.

I wonder if they are going to try to pull all their CW stuff over to this new thing.

I have low expectations for anything DC at this point, so I'll remain skeptical while hoping for the best.

If this actually happens, Constantine better show up in it and be played by Matt Ryan!

I guess the censorship standards on Netflix are pretty lax...

With how loose restrictions are on regular TV these days, I doubt they would even have to use Netflix if they didn't want to.

What if they wanted to show a giant-size man thing?

If they adapt Alan Moore's take on Swamp Thing's Origin from SAGA of Swamp Thing even if its a loose interpretation that's used for this new series I'll watch it for sure.
