So, WB has stuck mostly to Batman and JL cartoons, but thanks to yet 2 more Batman cartoons, THAT has opened the door to riskier ventures? Who proofreads this stuff? Anyway, I'd vote for Wonder Woman '77.
The actual source article covers it a bit better: WB Possibly Planning Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles And Wonder Woman '77 Animated Films Anyway, I'd be interested in all three.
Swamp Thing peaks the Most. Just get Mark Hamill to voice him like on Justice League Action & it's good.
Yeah, more Swamp Thing would be great. It's still weird to me to think that Swamp Thing, through-out the '80s and early '90s, had two movies, a live-action series, an animated series, and an accompanying toy-line. That's a level of media push typically only reserved for the likes of Batman and Superman...
Superheros were still considered stupid by most movie studios back then, monster movies and shows were much more profitable. Mutant heroes were big then, we had Street sharks, ninja turtles, toxic crusaders and so on.
More to the point, the rights were dirt cheap compared to basically ANY other comic book character. I mean, we're talking about SWAMP THING, lol.
I would really like to see a Wonder Woman '77 animated movie, and it would be great if they got Lynda Carter to be the voice.
Yeah, she's even involved with the Wonder Woman '77 comic. All the art has to be sent to/approved by her and her people before an issue can be published.
