If Super7 put out new Action Masters, I'd be on board. As long as they look and feel like they were made like vintage Action Masters. It'd be nice to get new Action Masters like Skyfire, Rodimus Prime, Chromedome, etc. If they delved into Japanese G1 territory and gave us figures like Star Saber, Raiden, Overlord, etc. I'd be ecstatic.

I\'d love for Super 7 to make openable, working, slightly poseable pretender shells for existing toys...

I was thinking about that the other day; I wonder if you could have the pieces of the armor come in segments (think the way Revoltech joints are set up) and not have to compromise the actual figure.

Oh, please; it's Super7, they likely have a Hindu-style shrine to Kenner Boba Fett (hey, @ABH1979, how ya doin'?) and did a "What's Going On" Prince Adam for SDCC this year; if they do Transformers M.U.S.C.L.E.s, they'll find a way to make 'em interesting.

It\'s okay, but if they were going with the whole x-ray them, then all the limbs and head should have parts in them too.  Just doing the chest makes it look wonky as heck.  I\'d rather it be a color figure with a removable front chest plate than \"invisible\" limbs/head and x-ray chest.

I hope this completely clear one is the exclusive and the one we'll get is the prototype they showed at Toy Fair where only the chest is clear.

Everything else makes no sense really, why do the whole figure in translucent plastic if only the chest has tech detailing inside?

It\'s just a money grab. A lot of stuff is just terrible why throw nonsense toys and make the figures in the regular lines not hollow.

No the Super 7 ones are actually pretty cool. Have you seen the MOTU wage 4 figures? Or Robotechs line? If they could get the likeness right, I'd be all over those as sure Lotta ppl would be.

The Gremlins line from (Funko was it?) was done really well too.

I bet EITHER, this is a full translucent plastic exclusive, and the regular release will be in matte colored plastic except a translucent chest. Like the prototypes show. OR this is just how the add looks to show you it's construction and they all will be like that.

See my reply above to @mciver977 but you draw you a good point if they did cheap out and nix the solid plastic from the prototypes. I'll wait to see what options they were be.

If he was fully transparent with his entire inside being technical greebling, (Like in the Mazinger Z credits) I\'d bite.
But as it currently is, while neat, isn\'t anything I\'m interested in.

Totally off topic, but I'd love to see someone make the remaining two minibots (Windcharger & Huffer) in the same crude style as the 1985 McDonalds toys. To drive interest up even more they could be made in myriad of color combinations, just like the originals. That would blow my mind.

Cue the inevitable wacky variants, it's a Super-7 piece!

It seems fun, but I'm not sure I get the point of the whole figure being clear and only the torso being detailed inside. But it's a nice sculpt, and it's a character people like, and it's unique, so we'll see.
