Kinda jealous. Not gonna see these guys for like 6 months in Canadaland lol. They look awesome! I'm really looking forward to finally having a complete set of all 7 original headmasters. (assuming rumors of a single release brainstorm turn out to be true)

 

Completed my CW Combaticons and wanted to show them some love. Really dig this set! Even with all it's drawbacks and budget sacrifices I'm happy to finally have a set of Combaticons and Bruticus! Can't wait for my Renderform head and gun for Blast Off to come in. I think my favorites are Brawl and Swindle but I think the whole team and combined mode turned out great! (Especially since I completed the set for under $100 CAD) Still waiting on my Nonnef hands and feet that will finish him off.

Thanks, I liked your Vortex and Brawl scenario.  

Going back to The Stunticons wasn't as great as I remembered before the combaticons came out. The weapons aren't great and don't integrate well. What kept me going was that it was stuff we should have seen in Devastation.

Cool pic here. I know the combination isn't quite right for Flywheels or Battletrap, but I wonder if it's possible to do a fan-mode DuoCon configuration.

 

The shot of Brawl in tank mode with the parachute reminds me of the A-Team  

 

I actually did mess with that idea on my FB page, seems like something people would legit be interested in. You can also technically transform Blast-Off and Vortex's top halfs, and then plug their combiner hfg port to the top of the vehicles but that kinda looks silly lol.

 

Hahaha that's what I was thinking about with the first parachute shot.

Brr-Icy, Plastic, OpenChallenge - Great stuff all around.

Finally taking a look at The Spark Toy Alpha Pack figure. This homage to War Within Optimus Prime really fits the bill aesthetically but some issues ranging from poseability to even weapons really take the fun out of it.

This is a full written/video/pictorial review with towards 20 hi-res images.One thing different about this gallery is that I mixed both black AND white photography throughout. Check it out, and let me know what you think.
