I've never read Transformers comics before, and I'm trying to get into them! Any suggestions on what I should read first?
If you want to start reading the comics that're coming out at the minute, pick up 'The Death of Optimus Prime': it's the one-shot jumping on point for the two ongoing comics running at the minute: More Than Meets the Eye and Robots in Disguise. You can get it alone on comiXology or in the first collected volume of MTMTE. From there it'd be a matter of catching up on MTMTE and RID (again, via digitals or collected paperback volumes) until you're up to date - there have been twelve issues and a double-length annual for both series so far. Both series are very enjoyable, especially MTMTE, in my opinion. If you want something standalone, Last Stand of the Wreckers is pretty much universally regarded as excellent, and is definitely worth reading. They do a very nice hardback edition of it which has got the five issues, plus a whole bunch of extra character profiles, prose stories, mini-comics and behind the scenes stuff.
