I just bought a clear seeker and was looking for a few suggestions on what to do with him... Here are a few pics of what I was thinking of... Just didnt know what seeker to make...
Ghost Starscream or better yet, a teleporting Skywarp (going from clear to clear colors, to solid colors).
a phasing seeker would be nice, thundercracker or skywarp or who ever you want. where did you find that clear seeker?
just repaint the clear one and split him down he middle so it looks like he is "stepping into reality". damm, would i like to get some of those clear seekers!
Phasing seeker would be super cool. You can find them on KOtoys.com near the bottom of the page on the left under KOLD. They also have the Classics Clear Convoy.
I like the sound of this! But how about a reformating seeker as they're changing to Cyclous and Scourge.
the quality is ok... i bought two shoulder and one of the hip joints were real loose... you need something small to remove hands, also real loose... elbows on booth real tight, one of the arms broke at the elbow... i'm sure if you replace most of the pins andsome screws it would be good... for the price of them, you would expect better quality...
well it is all translucent plastic. ko quality or not it's typically not a really good idea to use that stuff for joints with pins. in fact I think at least the thigh pieces on the actual ghost Starscream use the standard opaque stuff. that in mind though, I agree with the idea of a phasing Skywarp made from this thing if it's salvageable.
I'm all for doing this as a teleporting Skywarp too. As for the quality issues, there's not much you can do about that.
i'm tempted to buy one of the parts kits of the clear seekers. a Transformers "model kit" intrigues me.
