Anyone gotten Stunticons in a fun spot in Wave 4? I got a couple decklist ideas I'm tweaking, but would love feedback.

My son runs an inversion build. He's leveraging the fact that there are a lot of power boost blue cards, like Leap Into Battle, Heavy Handed, and the Bigger They Are, together with a fair amount of Blue/Bold cards. He basically turtles up until he combines and then inverts and beats things down.

Is that the best build? I don't know. They're tough to crack. I'd wanted to run some sort of blue back cars variant with all the untapping of the autobot cars deck. You could use Swap Mission and New Orders for extra untapping by letting Motormaster and Off Road taking the cost of Swap Mission.

I have honestly never messed around with the Stunticons. They never seemed viable. I do however love my blue Predaking build

I tried the cars idea before, my issue was I was preventing myself from using Menasor with using the better untaps and the members by themselves just weren't strong enough, but I like the idea!

Yeah, a lot of the untap stuff means you won't be combining. And individually, they're kinda sketchy. I was hoping a blue black build could let them chip at an opponent enough to get ahead, but I haven't cracked that yet.

They're such a weird team. Menasor has a great ability, but you can't leverage it in any meaningful way until you're combined. You could build a direct damage/pierce damage deck with Brainstorm and lots of card draw to refill the hand. The deck would have a hockey stick growth in damage output as you'd be definitely limited earlier, but once Menasor shows up you can go crazy.

I really wish Dramatic Escape had been a Decepticon tactic. They'd have really done well with that as an archtype as they could turtle up, combine, and Escape out.
