    That study says in "teenagers" which I think is worse. Does that mean that even more than 1 in 4 female adults could have an STD? Wow....

    I'm gonna go ahead and conjecture that perhaps they are correct in saying that an Abstinence-only Sex Ed program contributes to this....along with being stupid.

    Would it honestly be a bad thing to run a Sex Ed program that explores and shows both the positives and negatives of both methods?
