I\'m definatly picking up Bumblebee and Soundwave.

 

A little off-topic: if Hasbro fixed the distribution problems, I'd be more inclined to consider these.

But since SDCC, I'm hearing about different store exclusives, a metric ton of newly announced product, and no plans to fix the current (poor) state of toy retail today.

Meaning: it's increasingly easy to NOT buy Hasbro product because of the difficulty of obtaining it.

These motorcycle sisters, for example, are a set I might consider in-store. Online? Easy pass.

 

The msrp for battlemasters is 5.99. And each of the bikes has far more that double the parts of your average battlemaster.

I'm really hoping those sisters combine. I know they didn't in the movie, but that hasn't stopped Hasbro yet. I mean, nearly half of Devastator was concept art for their robot modes and they still got made

 

Man...I feel like I've already bought that BB 5 times over...

Soundwave looks good...sisters could be fun if they combined...and Hot Rod looks interesting.

Wonder who #48 is. Hightower is #47 and that's the last known releases for this year I do believe. Unless it's that Universal studios Megatron.

The new releases all look great. Especially excited for the Arcee sisters.

Unfortunately, online shopping has slowly become a part of collecting. Distribution has become pretty shitty since Age of Extinction and has only gotten worse over the years. After I managed to snag Hasbro Pulse Premium when Hasbro was offering it for free the weekend the Pulse store opened, collecting has become easier. It’s much easier shopping online rather than wasting gas going to my Wal-Marts and Targets and rolling the dice as to whether or not this is going to be the day I finally see some new product on the shelves.

Of course, different strokes for different folks, but I’m just saying.

 

i dont know, but there is a peg on each motorbike sister abdomen and arcee has a port on her gun arm, and chromia has a hinge on her gun arm that as far as the official renders, and displayed photos go, doesnt seem to be needed for any of her 2 modes... maybe they do combine...?

 

Considering bee is mistransformed, I'm hoping soundwave is too. But even wifh that backpack, he's a buy.

i think any combined form would be highly disappointing even if they pulled it off

the design sketch of the combined trio looks like a mish-mash and the toy would no doubt come across the same

 

I\'m repeating myself but I\'m still astounded at how good that Soundwave looks. All in all I think he has less backpack than the original DOTM deluxe. Even Bumblebee looks tempting, the mask is a plus since I was getting bored of BB\'s dumb face and this new deluxe has a very neat silhouette and proportions.

 

A bunch of freaking weirdos in this thread... other then that these are some good looking figs especially updated arcee sisters, love their scale size, will buy and soundwave w/lazybeak is a must buy. Bb and hot rod as well
