Sorry for the double post but I gave Mixmaster what he's always wanted in life: wrist rotation! It's a big improvement. I might do a radicons thread for all constructicons, since I did a lot of mods on my Rampage. Real boss-level stuff would be to give his fingers and mixing drum pieces rotation too, but I'm not feeling that ambitious at the moment.

 

For how limited the arms/hands were on SS Mixmaster, your wrist rotation does add a nice touch to the overall robot mode. I also plan to add rotation to the mixing drum parts as well by reprinting the connection joints with swivels for a more accurate looking bot mode. (P.S. This project will start after the 14th of Feb. and I'm giving Mixmaster his cannon mode once again.)

 

Finally got the hang of tabbing this guy together. He instantly became my favorite constructicon! (don't have Scrapmetal and Scavenger)

No. I do not think so. I think it will stay where it is. Just like scrapmetal's shield I think the intended place is already shown

Thanks, right now I'm working on my custom (masterpiece) Rotf Rampage (SS based) and will be sharing pics soon. By the way, I will have to remove the pins holding the mixing drum parts on his fore arms to install the joints. So, this will take time.

I have yet to see this in the wild anywhere. With Scavenger now rolling out, have we missed the boat on this? I know they're different size classes and waves so that shouldn't really matter, but I don't want to find out later that MM was shortpacked and now to complete the set I'm in aftermarket price hell.

 

I just picked mine up today at a Target. It wasn't showing up in their system, so I wonder if it's street dated or something like that?
