I’m bummed I couldn’t get one in time. I am not big on studio series much anymore but I love the wreckers designs and would love all 3 of them.

 

I have only seen 1 person successfully get this figure and it was 1 ebay guy. No one else. No one on facebook, twitter, insta, Or anyone here was able to get him. Not one. I would definitely keep an eye out of a restock like around same time in the morning.

 

My guess is it was probably likely emgo so he could review before any other to get his tubemonie. Why do I say that? Cuz in one of his recent reviews he says he paid $100 for the studio series tf he was reviewing. I forgot which one it was, I think sentinel prime

 

wow that is unexpected. weird he did that when he usualy imports MP's such as the latest optimus because it was cheaper that way for him,yet resorts to paying 100 bucks for a voyager figure just so he can review it early an get the views. i do wonder how primevsprime get's figures months before release though. to my knowledge only asian reviewers get figures that early,and i don't think primevsprime lives in japan or someting.yet he reviews figures months before other big reviewers do,even emgo etc.

realy ?damn that's shady. and i did not know because i only got aware of his channel a little while ago. i never bothered to look as to how he got them so early untill the leadfoot fiasco and thinking those early reviewers may be involved in scalping or whatever lol.

 

And that is why they do it. Because once you get a rep as having stuff "first" you start to be the one who gets the views.

 

It helps that his reviews are also good.

Heck, I'll take away the precious view revenue from any toy reviewers I suspect are enabling scalpers and profiteering from screwing over everyone else. Declaration of war that they won't survive because they need us more than we need them.

I don't even have a Target in the same continent as me. The only way I can even get Leadfoot is if they release a non-logo version. Even if some e-tailer carries him it's probably gonna be sold out before I wake up

I'd say someone in hasbro is passing him the figures. Someone he knows. I doubt he's actually stealing anything or I hope he isn't.

 

Dude you can't fault someone who's business is reviewing toys to pay a scalper to review a toy early. Be mad at the scalper sure but that's what puts food on the reviewers table. Also, while a good guess that it's YouTube reviewer that bought it, you have no way of knowing.
