    Technically yes - the old 'GDO' TRU exclusive that was a retool of RTS Jazz came with a slingshot shaped gun which, obvously, you could have him hold by the barrel so it was an actual slingshot. It was a 5mm diameter so you could have the later TR Wheelie hold it.

    Universe 2.0 Legends Wheelie also has the slingshot sculpted in relief detail on the inside of one of the arm panels.
