My first thought is "there's no way they would do that", but then I remember that they just did a brand new, far more complex RotF Devastator in this very line.

It'd be the best place to do larger projects like that, as SS has gotten people used to waiting multiple waves to complete combiners/series.

    Though I don't think they'd start with Devy/Predaking. More likely Dinobots (non-combining).

This is also where we could get a deluxe Blaster and his cassettes.

Because in 2019 we celebrated the 10th anniversary of ROTF with a full set for Devastator. But next year, are we celebrating 10th Anniversary of DOTM or 30th Anniversary of 1986 movie more.

Hmmmm... I'd say using Earthrise in cell shading would be a great option for 86 movie Studio Series editions. The Walmart edition Cybertronian cell shaded figures turned out great. Earthrise is very "G1" so it'd make a good option. I'll be pissed if they make an Earthrise Starscream- Coronation edition.

I mean, Studio Series has the precedent of multiple figures in one box...so Blaster as a Voyager plus four tapes...who knows.

Especially if they do something like Blaster, accurate accessories, tapes, and the accessories from G1 for those tapes.

I'm wondering if that listing for a SS Devastator boxset was for a 86 G1 Devastator instead of a ROTF Devastator boxset

Just thinking those Fan First Fridays are mostly for Exclusives. With no conventions happening this year, I question how they will reveal all these.
