The original Landmine toy from 2007 holds a special place in my heart, and I wanted to make sure he had a place in my current collection. But, the old toy is far too big! Lucky for me, ROTF Dune Runner exists! And now, with a little synthesis of Dune Runner and ROTF Armorhide parts, a bit of paint, and some wheels from ROTF Mixmaster (G1 repaint), he's finally complete, and ready to take on much bigger Decepticons!

Wow, it took me a couple seconds to realize what you'd done. Those tires are perfect for this mold! Great job. Landmine was one of the few movie figures that I loved

    Ebay:
The alt mode looks really cool with the big wheels but in robot mode he looks like a child or wobble head figurine. The head is definitely a bit too big for this body.

You're right that it does make him look kinda like a child, that was sorta what I was going for. He's supposed to be the young, eager rookie. I think the stock head is a bit too small, in fact, plus just not very good on its own.

Also I had to have some way to show that this is supposed to be Landmine, otherwise it would just be Dune Runner :p

He looks exactly like the Sector 7 dune buggy from the 2007 transformers! With a few modifications of course.
