Still need to do a few touch-ups due to some thin paint points and transformation rubs, but overall they're almost done. Airbrushed with an Iwata Micron using Wicked Colors paints, then detailed with Vallejo acrylics and Citadel Nuln Oil.
Nice job on the symbols man. For me, I plan on using stickers to apply the cybertronian symbols to the triplets.
Fixed up the symbols and sharpened some of the paint: If anyone's interested in these, let me know. I just don't want them anymore.
How much would you want it for? It is very temping but I'm going to do my own biker customs instead. However, good luck and I hope you make a profit for these amazing customs. P.S.: Frosting looks dope
Thanks! Even as someone that sells customs from time to time, I would always recommend taking a shot at doing your own before committing what can sometimes be a bigger chunk of money to someone else's work. If you feel you have the ability, can do a job and have it turn out to your satisfaction, then there's nothing stopping you! Good luck!
Thanks, buying custom transformers can be a rip off so doing your own custom saves money and gives you a hobby as an added bonus. Plus, do you think that Testor model paints would work for a project like this or would some other type of paint give better results?
I highly recommend Vallejo, Testors and Citadel acrylics. All three brands offer good quality for coverage and effects, with Vallejo being the most customizable and Citadel being the most vibrant. Testors is also good, but I will always default to Vallejo.
