If that's the case, maybe they will use the Wreck-Gar mold to retool him into the Junkions. Unless they are planning to make new molds of them. Since they are indeed in the movie.
Swoop is still as tall as Optimus Prime, so he'd need to have at least a Voyager in the unified scale.
I wonder who else is left to add for this subline for Studio Series. Several of these are rest of the Dinobots and I have a feeling we won't have a complete set and yes,Snarl had little to no screen time but he was in the movie and he deserves a Studio Series figure as well.Since Hasbro did characters from the live action movies that were just background with no names until now and had little screen time so it gives me hope for characters in the 86 movie to appear.Sure many will disagree with me but this subline should continue with a mix of live action characters in it.I still want the Fallen and other live action characters.
Well... shit. There goes my momentary re-interest in this then. Dinobots are an all-or-nothing deal for me - I stopped tolerating that "just some" nonsense years ago.
Heh, I also don't do that anymore either. I've been waiting "just a couple years" since 2011 for various Masterpieces that were "definitely on tap"... that still never materialized amidst a second aesthetic change reboot. Experience has proven that IF they do get to Snarl several years later, he also won't match the rest being released now. I'm just gonna pass - it'll be easier in the long run.
also, don't get me wrong, there is a lot of places where they improved the designs overall in the 'toon (ahem, Ironhide/Ratchet, proportions on guys like Frenzy and Rumble and the Seekers) and I'd much rather think of those models as the ideal, but not at the expense of following with the low/no detailing when it comes to panel lines (the new MP Starscream is just disgusting to me) or emulating decos that were simplified where things were chrome/gold on the toys ~ it usually looks cheap and crappy. Most of ER nails the balance for me, but then you have Smokescreen's overly smooth head and Hoist's white parts...)
Well, that's G1 cartoon Grimlock all-right... meaning that he has goofy colors and proportions. Will still get it since I have fond memories of the original toy. At least Jazz and Blurr look pretty good.
• Grimlock is freakin’ huge • Blurr and Jazz look great • Still hyped for the official reveal so I can see these toys in more detail • We still have yet to see Gnaw, Grindor, Jolt, ROTF Bumblebee, and Dino
