It isn't as mass retail yet. Most have received it from online sellers like BBTS and Amazon.

hmmm completely sold out on most online etailer sites. bummer. oh well...

If I don't have the fortune of finding it, i'll just sell my Sludge. it's the only leader class one I ever found in stores anyway. :D

Thank you for the help. I think I tried all that. I got too frustrated and just took it apart, by removing the three screws, and the forearm plate, then moved the leg out manually. Just have to make sure I don't click it back in all the way.

Got mine from Amazon, no issues to speak of. Well, other than the legs inside the forearms being incredibly hard to pull out without pulling the foot off first.

I had the same forearm issue. Was debating taking the arm apart and sanding parts but after a few transformations it’s a bit better.

Edit: At this point I’m not sure how any serious collector can rely on finding stuff at retail.

Maybe give it a few weeks, these aren't even in retail yet, they're still shipping to people who preordered them months ago. None of the other Dinobots have been especially hard to find at retail eventually, some have even shipped a second time in considerably better shape than their early manufacture *cough*Sludge*cough*.

There's a screw holding them in, maybe try loosening it before going to all that trouble. I was going to do this last night when I replied but realized they really weren't giving me any trouble anymore since I started turning the foot.

Mine just came from Amazon. Dammit is he ever so tight. Forearms like others said were nearly impossible. Kind of disappointed in the mold. I think the tail is what kills it for me. Feels impotent like it needs viagra.

I thought I was going crazy as mine had loose outward movement in the hips and hadn't heard anyone else complain about that. But the looseness is mostly when the legs are closer together. It's a pin joint with a friction area that only engages once the legs go past about 15 degrees outwards. Very odd. I shoved a bunch of future floor polish in the inside of the joint and it's much better now, hopefully it holds up.

Otherwise it's a very fun figure, although I don't think the plastic quality is as impeccable as reviews made it out to be. I don't like the rubbery bits and the arm ratchets just feel a little thin to me.

Oh, and a step I see a lot of people missing is that the lower legs shift outward at the knees so they're not so close together. Not sure if it's in the instructions, I didn't check.

Showing them altogether in dino mode really reveals how weird the butterscotch legs and head are in comparison to the rest.

Mine is the same - if you lift either leg to the side it will freely flop down. He stands fine so I haven’t bothered reaching for the goop yet.

Great joints elsewhere and great figure overall. 4/4 Dinobots with excellent head and face sculpts. Can’t wait to see Swoop, and I hope they keep going and make a Scarr and a Slash like this.

Dont feel bad. I had mine on preorder on Amazon since March. It was listed as arriving TODAY. Got an email saying order was cancelled because they ran out! WTF!?

So preorders aren't even worth the chance now?

Did you take the refund? LOL. That would have been funny, basically getting him for free.

Holy crap, they do! The instructions technically do this on step 22, but because it's going from robot to dino, all it shows is the legs pushing together without a close-up for the movement of that sliding joint. You can see that on my first photo I hadn't transformed him yet so he was correctly jointed, and in the second one I missed it but it's an action pose so I never put it together. Thanks for highlighting that joint.

I was happy to receive mine yesterday! Everything looked and felt nice…then I transformed him into dino mode. And wouldn’t you know it? The logo on the head doesn’t match up. Ugh. And Amazon is sold out. Guess I’ll just have to overlook it for now. Disappointed.

Got mine from Amazon today, he's pretty good. No trouble with the dino legs in the forearms, thankfully. Robot hips are somewhat loose, as others mentioned. I don't mind the look of the dino's back end, since it matches up with the original. The G1 dinobots are generally kind of doofy, which is part of the appeal for me.

This is my only major complaint. The 'gold' plastic sucks, and makes him stand out from the rest in a negative way.

Got mine the other day and he's pretty good. I agree with the general consensus that he's probably the second best Dinobot we've gotten so far after Grimlock.

I think my only real gripes are how low the tail sits in dinosaur mode, and the mismatched mustard and gold. But I knew about these things going in, so it definitely feels like less of an issue now that I have him in hand.
