I know, that’s the only thing I don’t like, that and that they’re part of his wrist swivel. What an odd design choice.

No they're not, his wrist swivel is a mushroom peg, the arm kibble is secured below that

How easy will it be to pop the peg out to remove the arm kibble............especially for those of us that display in bot mode..........that will be the real question

Oh wow, that's a really dumb design choice, all the other images I've seen had it looking like the connection was on the forearm and not the bottom of the fist

At first, I was opposed to SS86.

    Then they showed us Jazz...

For anyone curious, here's some comparison pics of SS Hot Rod with his Masterpiece counterparts.

    SS with Mp-28 (KO)

I've been messing with SS Hotrod for quite some time now, that I totally forgot how terrible Mp-28 was (proportion wise). I was legit shocked and asked myself "was mp28 always like this??" Lmao

    SS with Mp-09

And finally, here's a family pic

Now I'm pretty excited to see how the rumoured Kingdom Commander Class Rodimus would look like!

I'll probably post some Hot Rod appreciation pics tomorrow~

Dude, please share more Rod pics!!!

Side note, I really wish they didn't use that yellow plastic for Hot Rod's joints and internals. It really sticks out, especially in his torso section (and of course that yellow hinge in alt mode)..... I mean, I get why they did (not worth using the yellow plastic for just the spoiler), but still. Don't get me wrong 86 Rod is still one of, if not the best Hot Rod figure ever made.

I have to say PvP is right about the TR version doing a better job in this spot. I'm not sure why they made such an odd design choice for this one. I mean, it's Studio Series... Part of me wants to wait for the inevitable mad dash to sell off the Legends version (there will be people who do so) and buy one of those and make that my SS Blurr. Yeah, the legs aren't accurate, but they are certainly more palatable than those ridiculous arm pontoons.

Pinned into the wrist. Would require a new hand being made to slide back in, in its place. (I'd imagine a 3rd party might be willing to tackle it.)

I can't believe one's considered Masterpiece when this one is jaw-droppingly incredible and only $30.00...

Ah, probably cause I changed my username. I don't really post Transformers related stuff there anyways. But I'll fix it when I set up a new account mainly for figures

These pictures make me dislike MP-09 and MP-28, and hate EP OP all at the same itime.
