Got my Toyhax set for Ironhide today, he's already one of my top 10 figures from 2022 but this really just completes him! I originally wanted to just do the yellow stripe, but the windows and the red front bumper won me over  

 

Does it integrate into robot mode?

Yep!. They fold up and make part of his feet! Check youtube. There a video showing the transformation.

 

Looks great! Amazing how those slight color adjustments make him look so much better.

Nice shots. I think SS86 Ironhide is absolutely the best Ironhide we've ever received.

The only thing that either the Siege or Earthrise version have on SS86 is the front grille/headlights on the Earthrise one.

Other than that, neither one can hold a candle to SS86 Ironhide.

Nearly a year later I finally got sludge. He's kinda disappointing. His feet dangle from his belly when one more hinge would have done the job. Kinda disappointing not having the additional parts count for a leader to complete the transformation considering he doesn't include any other figure like his predecessors or even a sword. His legs are super floppy as are his wings, which are on a rubber piece for reasons I cannot fathom. His tail doesn't fasten onto his right foot and simply fwoops back out when I push it into the tab sadly, unlike the tail on his left leg that snaps in super securely. I don't know if that's just an issue on my copy or with the mold in general. I like the transformation on him but feel he needed a little more time to cook.

What's turning me off from the GTS upgrade for Sludge is the removal of belly weapon storage. I don't want to have the gun awkwardly jutting out from a bronto leg if I can help it. Is there no better way to attach the weapon with the upgrade kit?
