Wheelie looks so much better after the go better upgrade.

If you don’t mind my asking are the new parts molded to color or painted plastic

 

How hard was it to get the pin out of the waist flap to install the new one?

 

those cannons are amazing! Where’d you ge them?

 

Don't really know. It looks to be painted since the copy I got had a white spot on it (not visible in either modes). It's not an exact color match but it's close.

Not hard. First time I ever removed a pin. Goes out to the right. Replacement pin goes in from the left side.

Just an FYI, the slingshot is loose in the new hands and falls out at certain angles but can be made to fit by tape, floor polish etc.

 

I finally created my perfect Arcee. I took Studio Series' body and Earthrise's head.

Was it a pretty easy swap?

 

Studio Series Arcee's head was easy. It just popped out since it's on a ball joint.

But I did have to use a thin blade to split Earthrise Arcee's head in half very carefully. That was a bit of a challenge. It's a more snug fit and it doesn't have the articulation the SS head does, but I love the look of it. Totally worth it for me.

 

This looks great. I really wanted wheelie not to suck. The 86 Grimlock was a display piece and left me wanting more. Ss86 was great for a within budget transformable wheelie yet pales in comparison to TR. the problem I had with TR… it wasn’t G1 accurate. Like RTS Jazz he’s freakin awesome… this Kit will lock down my 86 wheelie.
