In "Call of the Primitives," a Sweep and an escourting sweep refer to themselves as "Sweep 6 and 7." Just sayin'.

Ya know, I have to admit that the 86 Movie line is incredible! Great photos, everyone!

Could anybody please point me to a list of all the figures released so far in the 86 Movie line?

    Thanks!

SS86 is spillover from Kingdom since they changed directions and decided to do Beast Wars instead. This should be a pretty comprehensive list of the movie characters (I'm excluding the store exclusives like Earthrise Ironhide/Ratchet/Prowl/Ramjet/Dirge/Thrust/Soundwve/Bumbelbee/etc. as well as cameos):

    Legacy:

Kickback (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki (upcoming release)

    SS86

    Jazz (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

    Kup (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

    Blurr (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

    Gnaw (G1) - Transformers Wiki

Perceptor (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki (upcoming release)

Hot Rod (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

    Scourge (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

    Wreck-Gar (G1) - Transformers Wiki

    Sweep (G1) - Transformers Wiki

    Grimlock (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

    Slag (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

Starscream (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki (upcoming release)

    Kingdom:

    Wheeljack (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

Arcee (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki (identical to Earthrise release; this is probably going to be the unannounced SS86 Arcee toy)

    Cyclonus (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

Optimus Prime (G1)/Generations toys - Transformers Wiki (has Siege/Earthrise battle damage paint apps; identical to Earthrise release other than a slightly lighter ion blaster)

Ultra Magnus (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

Rodimus Prime (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

Galvatron (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki ((has Siege/Earthrise battle damage paint apps)

Blaster (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki (upcoming release)

    Earthrise:

    Allicon (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

    Cliffjumper (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

Quintesson Judge (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki

Quintesson Pit of Judgement set (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki (PulseCon 2020 redeco that included the Quintesson Bailiff retool of Earthrise Quintesson Allicon, a TR Sharkcion redeco, and a Kranix figurine)

Megatron (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki (they are never going to make a version that transforms into a gun)

Astrotrain (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki (has Siege/Earthrise battle damage paint apps; identical to Siege release)

    Siege:

Springer (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki (has Siege/Earthrise battle damage paint apps)

Shockwave (G1)/toys - Transformers Wiki (has Siege/Earthrise battle damage paint apps)

I've tried to stick to three for army builders in the past - though I ended up breaking that rule with Brunt and got five in the end. If I decide to get some Sweeps, I'll stick to that, especially since they're Voyager class. Unless somehow they end up on sale at a large discount, and even then, that seems like a pretty good number for this one.

This got me wondering though - anyone know what the largest number of Sweeps seen on screen (movie or series) is?

So much fun in such a tiny, scary package.

Gnaw is a terrific little tiny terror. Definitely the best iteration of this character to date IMO.

Thereā€™s a lot of play in this figure. For a bot of his girth and stature, Gnaw really has got some moves on him. I love the detailing in his torso and legs. His accessories are cool with the the gun thatā€™s as big as he is and the lovely mace heā€™s swinging. Wouldā€™ve been even cooler if it had more than one hinge though.

He compacts quite spectacularly into the tiny toothed menace of a skarkticon. Some very nice engineering going on to make everything blend together to form his body. Great colors on him. His little shark claws are cute, but I wish they were more poseable.

Great range of movement on this figure in both modes. I love that he can be squatting one minute and the next look like heā€™s in attack mode. This version of Gnaw will definitely lead my pack of various other versions of Sharkticons I have.

    Hmmm...

I might cancel my preorder after all... The gaps makes it look really cheap and even the plastic looks cheap, not much better than the TR version after all. Not worth the 35$ CAD really.

They did a really good job at hiding those ball-joint/ball-socket shoulders in the official images. That kind of nonsense doesn't belong in Generatrions nor it's sublines, especially not on a deluxe class or larger.

In addition to moving back to ball-joints/ball-sockets, they've also moved back to having a massive gap when you rock the ankles instead of having any sort of filler. There is absolutely no reason not to have a filler for the ankle rocker, nothing would have been in the way.

That back gap is beyond lazy. Those two small rectangular "tab slots" under the screws are literally there just to sell a 3rd party or aftermarket back panel filler plate which would also cover the screws. Everything they chose to do with the robot back is absurd.

None of the dials turn and the microscope doesn't "function".

I'm on the fence about canceling my pre-order because, the novelty of a Sunbow Perceptor is wearing off really quickly. I would 100% cancel if I had anything other than a G1 Perceptor (Takara Dreamwave box reissue) and a Generations 2011 RTS Perceptor. Honestly, I'm tempted to go get my G1 Perceptor out of storage and just use that since it's around the modern voyager height . . .

Thanks very much! Is Galvatron from WFC considered in this group? He looks like he is, and seems to match up nicely with Cyclonus and the rest.

Studio series has always used ball joints and the majority of wfc figures don't have fillers for the ankle rockers
