It's an OSKO product from Mech Fans Toys. The name is VS-01 Chivalrouser. The original mold of Unique Toys is Palm Collection YM01.

ALL HAIL THE VS HEADMASTERS!!!1 Chromedome's elongated alt mode and Mindwipe's junk in the trunk alt mode are the weakest in that line (and the original UT line) but, robot scale/proportions gotta robot scale/proportions. Weirdwolf's alt mode is a bit of a brick and has lanky alt mode legs compared to the TR version. Those tiny toys have a lot of neat/clever engineering packed into them though and nothing else anywhere near their price point has nailed the robot accuracy of the robot aesthetics.

I don't care about them being too short because, voyager sized Headmasters never made sense anyway as they would need to be vastly larger than they are in the animation for a cybernetic human to form the head (the Headmaster robot would need to be the size of Wheelie at minimum for a child sized human like Daniel) and, there were the moments where the Headmaster was literally in a driver's/pilot seat controlling the driving/flying the Autobot/Decepticon partner. The VS Headmaster's scale makes a lot more sense when you look at something like Voyager/Earthrise Optimus Prime and see how small a human would need to be to fit inside the cab and drive as well as when you compare the VS Headmaster to the oversized exosuit (I don't mean the toys are oversized, I mean that the exosuit were substantially larger than the human inside of it in the source material) from Buzzworthy Bumblebee's Spike and SS86 Grimlock's Daniel. This is an area where ignoring cannon scale adds realism and the products mesh better (especially since Micromasters were the next major gimmick) as a result.

The reason why I chose MFT Headmasters is that they are cheaper(the key reason:) ) and have better articulation than TR. They are basically Legends+ sizes, but they are 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) tall, so they are close to 5 inches (12 cm), the height of deluxe classes in recent lines. Their ambiguous height became the reason why I could hypnotize myself about the scale even if they didn't fit a little in the CHUG scale. I think your theory will be very helpful for my self-hypnosis. Now, they are close to the CHUG scale, and they are the right size from the perspective of real human size!:D

I stumbled on the MFT VS 7 pack giftset when I was looking for the OSKO WJ versions of the TR molds (I was egregiously late to the WJ party and missed out on everything they did). The MFT VS 7 pack giftset was the more expensive route for me but, it meant I could have all 7 characters closer to the look I wanted. I was trying to gauge the scale of it's Headmasters and how they would relate to CHUG using pictures/videos online so I wasn't quite sure how it would work out in person. Once I got them in person though, I realized the heads were about the size of Siege Prowl/Bluestreak/Smokescreen's head and that the robot mode of heads were around the height/length of Buzzworthy Bumblebee's Spike (from the tip of the dome on the exosuit down to where the white plastic of the pelvis/crotch ends) since the heads essentially double in height when they unfold to form the robot.

That means that they are too small for an average height adult since the head's robot mode would be considerably shorter than the height of Earthrise Prowl/Bluestreak/Smokescreen in alt mode but, they would look fine inside of something that had a really wide alt mode interior on screen like SS86 Hot Rod does or something larger like Siege/Earthrise Optimus Prime's cab or something small like SS86 Kup. It's sort of a mixed bag since Buzzworthy Bumblebee's Spike scales better with the Datsuns but, that means that exosuit is under-scaled (which makes since because the Bumblebee that it came with was tiny). That's what happens when a line is built around robot scale though and not vehicle scale.

That all having been said, Headmasters get messy. There are instances where Nebulons/Humans just walk into the head and sit down like they are in a giant cockpit of a Voltron Lion (e.g. the scene with Daniel inside of Arcee's head) and that would mean that the heads are wider and taller than several G1 alt modes even though Spike is noticeably taller than Hard Head's and Chromdome's lower legs while they are in robot mode and his shoulders are broader than their lower legs while Spike is simultaneously as tall as the Nebulons. G1 almost never made any sense though when it came to scale and there was rarely if every any actual consistency with it in the G1 animation. The source material ultimately makes it impossible for something to be "wrong" or "right" when it comes to Headmasters so just do you . . .

So I'm curious, can you attach the orange effect parts of Commander Jetfire to Kup's detached limbs? I wanna know if the old bot can do a rocket punch or rocket kick.
