“Me Slag think you ALL full of beryllium baloney!”
When/if the rest of the dinobots are released I don't know what I'm going to do in terms of shelf space.
Also, I wasn't sure where else to ask, but has anyone purchased the Toyhax label for Jazz and not using #31 and #32 from the set? If so would you be willing to part with it? Sadly that's all I'm interested in. PM me if so
I see 3 perfectly serviceable shelves on the right. Just get rid of that non-Transformers nonsense.
I kid, I kid
Excuse me folks, but I caught this man trying to break into your apartment. Would you like to file a complaint.
Jane, will you tell him who I am...
And tell this tin Shark also.
I didn't know where else to ask this but is there a known problem of SS86 Slag's knees being loose? Anyone have loose knee joints? It's kind of hard to use the pledge trick cause the joint isn't really accessible. I'm on the fence if I should source another one and return the current one I have. Please advise!?
I think that’s just how he is. I dunno if it’s an error or it was designed that way.
I witnessed mine become loose. There's a little white plastic clip that sits inside the gray piece on the medial aspect of the knee and broke on conversion #2. Now it just flops.
I found the broken piece and I have it superglued and drying outside of the joint, I'll take a picture tonight after work if that sounds like your issue.
No I don't think mine is broken however since it's a double knee joint, the top red part/joint seems good but the bottom joint still ratchets but like when I have him standing upright he seems to always want to lean backwards...and the bottom knee joint wobbles back and forth if you move it so slightly.
I think it's pretty common but here's what I did to get the piece nearly flush on mine:
Pop the head off
hold the head upside down, so that you're looking at the underside of his head
Apply gentle pressure to the flat underside of the goatee part inward (down from this view point) with the FLAT part of a screwdriver, or anything flat and solid, and that should help.
My copy had the loose knee joint thing too. I opened the lower legs up (the looseness was at the lower knee joint on mine) and placed a small piece of cardboard folded over on itself a couple of times underneath the little white ratchets. This firmed up the joint and got rid of the looseness.
Getting the boys back together:
Me and the boys about to disobey Prime's orders.
Sweep's colors are beautiful. The blue in hand is almost stunning in it's crispness. I also seriously love the painted side wings. Scourge's are unpainted, while these are blue on one side and gray on the other.
Yeah, THIS is now my Scourge, and the others are now Sweeps.
Also, I did the hand-swap thing.
I’m still on the fence about getting a Sweep if I ever ran into one, but y’all are talking me into it.
I have 3 Scourges, like you, and this seems like a good way to go with one sweep…
