Then while we may disagree with you, it might help to actually expand on your opinions, instead of constantly beating the "mediocre" drum, while all you have to back up this opinion is your demonstrably flawed review that has had all its critical points debunked.

Because to most people, it just looks like you're digging in your heels in a narcissistic tantrum, rather than just offering an opinion.

I offered a detailed opinion on a TF product I directly purchased and experienced. You do the same, and then you can go back to your personal attacks and trolling, sounds good? Thanks.

No one is trolling or attacking you; your review has been proven to be factually wrong on some points you made.

You can still absolutely hate the figure and list reasons why, it’s a discussion and all opinions are welcome. Where it stands now though is that if your review wasn’t the first and thread starter, no one would even have bothered with replying it because it’s so inaccurate. It’s that simple.

One of the things I love about this figure is how you can pull the head/neck assembly away from the body a bit, to give an extra hunched over, yet still looking up pose.

This guy screams sinister and evil through and through!

He totally reminds me of some end-of-the-stage boss fight character in some Capcom NES 80s game.

Can anyone who has this post a comparison picture of him and SS Blackout in vehicle modes? Curious to see how the lengths stack up.

So I have a quick question for those who have him; when you attach the cockpit piece behind his head, there's that silver post/peg that goes isn't his back, which is also silver.

My question is, a) is it a tight fit, which leads to b) has there been any signs of paint chipping/scratching, etc. I'm much more wary of those kinds of things nowadays, and sometimes I skip out on figures because of it (Earthrise Cliffjumper's shoulders as an example).

It does chip off a bit on the peg, however (at least for mine after about 20-30 transformations) still looks fully silver as far as I can tell, just slightly thinner in some parts. Most of the chipping has happened on the port on my copy though.

Hmm... is it possible to attach the cockpit piece w/o pegging in that silver peg? I just hate when parts like that are painted because they're usually pretty good at leaving them bare. I think the peg to plug Earthrise Wheeljack's gun to his shoulder might also be painted too??

Not really. the whole cockpit/front roof panels section is a very specific length and wouldn’t work if the peg wasn’t tabbed in. Personally even if the peg did go bare eventually it’d still look perfectly normal anyway. The placement of the peg is such that it wouldn’t really look out of place if it wasn’t painted to begin with.

Is there any other 'bot in Bayverse that enjoys existing quite like Overload? So damned happy, I'm jealous.

Why? SS Devastator was very easy to sell off as a set, it's a fun combiner team.

It's just so odd that everyone who has him seems to enjoy him... and you come in and tell them they are wrong. Everyone is wrong. I mean, why not just... leave? Why come back just to tell everyone they aren't having fun? What do you get out of it? What are you contributing to the conversation?

I don't even collect transformers but the feedback and reviews section is one of my favorite board. I often read many reviews of toys that piqued my interest which I would never buy. They're fun to read. But this thread, holy shit it's very divisive.

I think you need one more person on the "nay" side for it to be considered divisive.
