Surprisingly well! They fit snugly and don't really move. The handle and trigger form a sort of U shape clip which helps maintain the friction.

That's good news! I took out some other figure's gun that I thought would look good with SW only to end up remembering when I got back to the table that he can't hold much of anything :(

Boy am I glad Soundwave dual weilds SMGs, if he had any other kind of loadout, he wouldn't be able to pose with them for shit. Dual SMGs, just spray and pray, so his limited articulation doesn't get in the way.

I love this guy's looks, but having the nipples popping off everytime makes me question if I really want to go through the trouble of transforming him.
ROTF Mixmaster is more fun than this.
Couldn't they have use hinge joints on that area?
Okay, after fiddling with the chest for a bit, rotating the headlights pieces inward the robot mode is easier than trying to rotate them forward. Now I just need to put some paint on him to be excellent

Did a headswap with Satellite Soundwave and now he looks great. Don’t get me wrong, I do love the DOTM Soundwave head design, but at a smaller scale it ends up looking a bit shite…
But I can’t really fault the people who sculpted it, they did what they could at the scale. CA62660E-BC22-48A9-99E2-DDD7D2D96A8D.jpeg

Hey, sorry for the necro thread but I was wondering does anyone really use the tabs? hooks? The thing that's under the hands that is meant to hook into the back of the car, in front of the rear wheels? If needed I'll send some images within a few hours as currently writing this it is 4AM and I was considering trimming those pieces off.

    Kind regards and many thanks!
